Can my Elite privileges be used by friends or family?
Elite benefits, including discounts, credits, and special privileges, are non-transferable and are exclusive to the registered member. To enjoy these benefits, the member must travel and be present at the resort during the stay.
Can I redeem Elite Credits at Luxe Network partner properties?
While you earn Elite Credits for every stay at a Luxe Network partner property, these credits can only be redeemed for stays at Evolve Back Resorts (Coorg, Kabini, and Hampi).
Can I earn Elite Credits if I book my stay at a Luxe Network partner through a Travel Agent or directly with the property?
To ensure the guaranteed issuance of your credits, all reservations for partner properties must be coordinated exclusively through our dedicated Elite Concierge at nandhini.y@evolveback.com. Please note that Elite Credits are not issued for bookings made through Travel Agents, Online Travel Agencies (such as Booking.com or Expedia), or even those made directly with the partner property itself.
Are Elite privileges applicable during peak and festive seasons?
Yes. All elite privileges, partner discounts, and credit-earning opportunities are valid year-round, including peak periods and festive seasons, with no blackout dates.
Do my earned Elite Credits ever expire?
No. Your Elite Credits come with unlimited validity allowing you to redeem them for stays at any time in the future.
Can I combine my Elite discounts with existing seasonal promotions on your website?
Yes, Elite benefits are "stackable" with other promotional offers. To illustrate the significant savings:
Let’s assume there is a "2+1" offer on our website priced at ₹100,000 for a 3-night stay.
Tier Discount: As a Platinum member, you receive a 25% discount on top of that offer, bringing the price down to ₹75,000.
Credit Redemption: If you have ₹27,000 in Elite Credits earned from previous stays at partner properties, you can redeem them against this balance.
Final Payment: This brings your final payable amount down to just ₹48,000 for a 3-night stay at Evolve Back Resorts.
Furthermore, you remain fully eligible for all other tier-specific perks, such as the ₹4,000 Resort Credit, Signature Dining privileges, and Spa discounts.
Which room categories are available to members in the Gold tier and below?
Members in the Gold, silver and Copper categories have access to our signature entry-level luxury accommodations. These include the Lily Pool Cottage at Coorg, the Safari Hut at Kabini, and the Nilaya suite at Hampi.
